Connecting to the Diligent One Platform over a proxy server

Analytics requires HTTPS connections to the Diligent One Platform for initial activation, data import and export, and committing of ACL scripts to Robots. If you connect to the Internet over a proxy server, you must configure the proxy server to allowlist Diligent One website URLs.

Allowing Diligent One website connections

Analytics uses a number of sites on the Diligent One domain. The simplest way to allow these connections through a proxy server is to allowlist both of the currently used Diligent One Platform domain names:

  • *.highbond.com

  • *.diligentoneplatform.com.

The connection must be allowed over port 443.

Note

Diligent One Platform is currently in a dual-domain period during which both the diligentoneplatform.com domain and the highbond.com domain are supported. The highbond.com domain is scheduled to be decommissioned on July 31, 2026. If you allowlist both domain URLs now, you will avoid a potential disruption in the future. For more information, see Supported domains FAQ.

ACL for Windows configurations

ACL for Windows connects to Diligent One for two purposes:

  • activation connects using web browser settings

  • sharing data (upload and download) may require additional configuration if proxy settings are not transparent, such as proxy authentication that does not use integrated Windows authentication
