Viewing conversations

View all your conversations so you can continue talking right where you left off.

Note

  • Your Conversations view will depend on the filter applied to the list. The filter is accessed from dropdown icon under the Conversations heading.

  • To learn more about filtering, muting or hiding conversation go to Managing conversations.

  1. In Messenger Web select the conversations icon .

    Your list of conversations displays on the left side of the page, with the most recent conversation at the top.

    Tip

    A red bubble indicates the number of unread messages and a red dot appears beside the conversation with unread messages.

  2. Select a conversation to display the message thread.
