Reviewing minutes

As a reviewer, you can add comments and suggest edits to a draft document.

  1. Go to Minutes Manager and select the minutes document you want to review.

    The minutes document opens.

  2. To edit text, highlight the text and start typing.

  3. To add a comment without changing text, select the area in the document you want to comment on, then select the Comment icon and enter your text.

  4. To view your proposed edits and comments, select Review details > Changes and comments.

    • All proposed changes and comments are tracked here, including those from any other reviewers. Replies to comments and changes, appear here as well.

    • Your work is continuously and automatically saved as you type. The date and time of the last autosave are displayed on the top right of the page.

  5. To submit your annotations to the document administrator, select Complete my review.

    The Administrator will receive a notification that your review is complete and can then choose how to incorporate your edits.
