Viewing AI content for a book
AI content for a book consists of a Smart Summary, Smart Prep, and Smart Risk Scanner to help you prepare for meetings.
Smart Summary is a condensed version of the book. Smart Prep provide tailored information, related rationale, discussion topics, and suggested questions around the book content. Smart Risk Scanner identifies important risks, legal threats, compliance issues, vulnerabilities, and strategic market concerns.

To access AI content for a book from the Home page, Current Books hub, or Archived Books hub, select the GovernAI option for that book.

To access AI content from within an open book, select GovernAI in the Navigation panel or on the main toolbar of the page.
If any specific AI content in the GovernAI section is visible but not available to open, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

That specific content has not yet been generated by your admin.

That specific content has been generated but not yet shared by your admin.
