Boards iOS Home page
Upon signing in, you'll be taken to the Home page. The new Home page helps you find time-sensitive action items, view administrator announcements, access the most relevant books and reports, and stay informed of key topics. This topic provides an overview of the new Home page.

The Home page is organized by section. Priority items that are awaiting your review are displayed first, including questionnaires, approvals, minutes, and actions. The iPhone version also contains an option to directly access shared and public notes as well as comments on these. Select an item to expand or open it.

Prepare for upcoming meetings by reviewing published books and the latest reports in the Books and reports section.

To open a book, select Open book.

If the book contains an agenda, select Open agenda.

If the book contains AI content, select GovernAI.

To see more options for book management, select Meeting details.

To open a report, select Open report.

Reports are available via the Diligent One Platform. If you do not have access to it, reports will not appear in the Books and reports section of the Home page. To learn more, contact your Customer Success Manager.
