Adding and managing your security questions

Learn how to manage your account security questions, which may be required by your organization and are used for identification purposes if you need to recover or reset your password.

  1. On the iPad, select the Navigation menu icon to open the main menu.

    On the iPhone, select your Profile icon to access Settings from the Home page. Alternatively, select More on the bottom Tab bar and choose Profile.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Under Account settings, select Manage Diligent Account. The window to manage your security questions appears.

  4. Select Security questions.

    Note

    The number of questions required in the list is set by your company's security policy.

  5. Select a question field to open a list of available questions from which to choose.

    If you have answered any of the security questions in the past, those answers appear. You can change your questions and answers at any time by selecting the relevant field.

  6. Once you have selected a question, type the answer in the field directly below it.

    Note

    Answers must be at least 5 characters long excluding spaces and characters that are not letters or numbers.

  7. To see your answer as you're typing it, select Show.

  8. To save your questions and answers, select Continue.

  9. To discard your changes, select Cancel.
