Managing notifications
You can manage your notifications to remain in control of meeting and signature approval reminders.
Note
If you have access to several boards, these notifications only relate to the specific board that you are signed into. Therefore, you need to configure these settings for each individual board.
If you do not have a board email registered or if your site is blacklisted for automatic notifications, you will not see any options to manage your notifications.

On the iPad, select Settings on the main menu.
On the iPhone, select your Profile icon to access Settings from the Home page. Alternatively, select More on the bottom Tab bar and choose Profile.

In the Settings menu, select Manage your Diligent account.
There’s also a direct link from the email notification footer to this menu item.

In the Email notification settings section, expand the Book-related notifications panel.

Use the Meeting reminder toggle switch to activate or deactivate meeting notifications.

Use the Pending approvals toggle switch to activate or deactivate signature approval reminders.
