Exporting Resource Center items
You can export folders and documents from the Resource Center in Adobe PDF format, allowing them to be printed.

Select Resource Center from the left-hand Navigation panel.

A list of folders containing reference materials appears. To export a folder, including any sub-folders or documents within it, select the More options icon
on the far-right of the folder's row.

Select Export folder to PDF.

If the Export folder to PDF option is not displayed, exporting has not been enabled for you or your site. Contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

To view the contents within a folder, select it.

To export a document, select the More options icon
on the far-right of a document's row, and then select Export to PDF.

If the Export to PDF option is not displayed, exporting has not been enabled for you or your site. Contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

The Export to PDF dialog appears. If a document contains headers or footers, you can select the checkbox to Include headers and footers.

Select the checkbox for Scale to fit to remove the default page scale setting.

To begin the export, select Export.

A progress indicator appears on top of the screen until the export is complete.

Depending on your browser, the exported PDF file may appear at the bottom of your browser window. It will also be available in your designated download folder. You can select the file to open it right away, or view it later in your default download location. You will be able to print the exported file using the Print function in your PDF viewer of choice.
