Signing in

You can access your board materials from any web-connected device, via an updated and streamlined web interface. This topic explains how to sign in to your account.

1. To access the online platform, go to https://director.diligentboards.com in a Chrome, Edge Chromium, Safari, or Firefox browser.

   Note

   Other browsers, such as Internet Explorer or older versions of Edge, cannot be used to access the application.

2. Enter the Boards site name for your company. Select the Site name field and enter the name that was provided by your Customer Success Manager.

3. Select Continue to proceed to the sign-in screen.

4. Enter your username or sign-in email.

5. Enter your case-sensitive password.

6. Select Sign in. You'll be taken to the Home page.

   1. If you have access to multiple boards, the Board selector screen appears. After you select the board you want to access, you'll be taken to the Home page.

      Note

      If your organization uses external authentication, your sign-in workflow will differ slightly. You will enter just your user name on a screen, without your password, and will either be directed to your organization's authentication provider or to a subsequent password screen to continue signing in.
