Setup mode and live mode
All companies in the Entitäten app are either in setup mode or live mode.

New companies are automatically placed in setup mode. Companies in setup mode have an extra Setup Mode page.
Setup mode enables the user to enter company history without the production of forms and minutes that have already been filed. Wizards in setup mode do not prompt for the dates of board meetings or resolutions when recording an event.
Once a company's historical information has been entered, it can be changed to live mode. When in live mode, wizards recording changes prompt for dates of board meetings and resolutions. Forms and minutes relevant to the change are produced.
