Accessing app activity logs

If you are a Diligent One Platform System Admin with a Professional subscription, you can view and export the details of the actions performed in ACL AI Studio.

The app activity log records the following user actions:

  • Creation, update, and deletion of datasets.

  • Addition, update, and deletion of collaborators.

To view and export an activity log, follow these steps:

  • This procedure includes steps for both the new UI and old UI. Select the appropriate tab (New UI or Old UI) in this section based on your interface.

  • You can use the old UI until June 30, 2026. Starting July 1, 2026, the new UI will be the only available experience.

  1. On the ACL AI Studio home page, from the left navigation bar, select App activity log.
  2. On the App activity log page, select the date range.
  3. Select the activity for which you want to view the details.
  4. To export the activity log, do the following:
    1. Select Export at the top right corner of the page.
    2. In the confirmation box that appears, select OK.
    3. Download the activity log using the link that is sent to your registered email ID.

  2. On the App activity log page, select the date range.
  3. Select the activity for which you want to view the details.
  4. To export the activity log, do the following:
    1. Select Export at the top right corner of the page.
    2. In the confirmation box that appears, select OK.
    3. Download the activity log using the link that is sent to your registered email ID.
