Plan details
The Plan details tab has the following sections:
-
Storage utilized Displays the utilized storage in the following format:
<used> GB of <total> GB used
-
Subscription plan Displays the following details:
-
Session limit
-
Storage limit
-
-
Manage AI Displays the following options:
-
Enable cross-region AI processing Select this checkbox to allow AI requests to be processed in other regions to access newer models or additional capacity. For more information about cross-region AI processing, see Cross-region AI processing.
Note
This option appears only in regions where the latest AI models are not yet available.
-
Agentic AI mode Use the toggle to switch between the Classic AI and Agentic AI modes. The Agentic AI mode changes how the AI analyzes data, and generates results using a more autonomous approach.
-
AI model The current AI model used by ACL AI Studio in the region. After you enable cross-region AI processing, it displays the more capable model that can be used for AI requests such as prompts. For more information, see Cross-region AI processing.
-
-
Active sessions Displays the list of active sessions, with the following details:
-
Name of the user using the session.
-
Status, whether the user is active or idle.
-
Duration of the session.
If a user in your organization is already using a dataset, you cannot access it simultaneously.
To end a session, select the session and use the Kill session button. If a session ends because of a timeout, inactivity, or closing an active session, the data is saved automatically.
-
User management
The User management tab allows you to view the list of ACL AI Studio Admins and Users. For information about assigning users, see Assign ACL AI Studio app roles.
About licensed storage limit
If your organization is licensed for 1 GB of storage, the application issues a warning when usage reaches 80% of the allocated capacity. Regardless of your licensed storage limit, an additional 100 MB of buffer space is available to prevent disruption of ongoing operations.
When storage reaches 100% of the licensed capacity, all operations are blocked until you free up space or purchase additional storage.
For example, for an organization with 1 GB of storage and an extra 100 MB safety buffer, if the total files after the last upload add up to 1100 MB, the system measures usage only against the 1 GB license.
The warning message displays 107.42% space used, which means that the paid limit is exceeded and the free buffer space is in use.
Cross-region AI processing
Cross-region Inference Service (CRIS) allows AI requests from your primary region (for example, Canada) to be processed by newer or higher-capacity AI models available in other AWS regions (for example, the United States) when needed.
Your data continues to be stored in your primary region. When cross-region processing is used, prompts and responses are securely transmitted to the destination region, processed in memory, returned to the primary region, and deleted from the destination region.
No prompts, responses, or customer data are permanently stored outside your primary region. Logs, configurations, and permanent storage remain in the primary region.
Note
IIn regions where AI models are not yet available locally (for example, South America), requests are processed using CRIS.
To enable cross-region AI processing, follow these steps:
-
In the Manage AI section, select the Enable cross-region AI processing checkbox.
-
In the confirmation panel that appears, review the consent form and select the I understand and accept that my data may be processed across different regions radio button.
-
Select Confirm.
The AI model displays the newer, more capable AI model.
The following table lists the default and CRIS-enabled models for each region.
