My Activities

My Activities is a predefined dashboard in the Activity Center app. It provides a consolidated overview of your issues, actions, SOX program management data, and any custom dashboards you have created. You can Select on the dashboard visuals and drill down to view detailed information, check items that require your immediate attention, and view and edit issues and actions in your organization.

The data you see in the Activity Center app is live. Each time you open or refresh a dashboard, the data is fetched in real time.

Export a visualization to CSV file

To export a visualization, perform the following steps:

  1. From the Platform home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Activity Center app to open it.

    If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Activity Center app.

  2. Open the dashboard of your interest.
  3. In the dashboard page, go to the tab that contains the visualization you want to export.
  4. Apply or reset any filters if you want to. For more information, see My Activities.
  5. Select on the visualization you want to export.
  6. Select Menu options and select Export to CSV.

Result The visualization is downloaded to your computer in CSV format.
