Templates

Templates are pre-built dashboard frameworks designed by industry experts. They provide a structured, ready-to-deploy format that you can customize with your organization's data to meet your specific reporting needs. Activity Center offers templates that deliver actionable insights across risk, compliance, audit, and ESG, enabling data-driven decision-making.

• Standardization Standardize reports using demo datasets and text templates, ensuring consistency across dashboards.

• Integration Integrate third-party data and data from other Diligent apps into your dashboard for seamless reporting.

• Efficiency Deploy dashboards quickly using pre-built templates, saving time and resources.

Creating an Activity Center dashboard from Template

You can use Diligent One templates to create analyses and map your organization's datasets to them.

1. From the Platform home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Activity Center app to open it.

   If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Activity Center app.

2. Select Templates from the Activity Center navigation.
3. Select the template you want to use.
4. Select Preview to review the template before using it.

5. If the template is locked, select Unlock Template to make it editable.

   Note

   Locked templates preserve the original template structure. Unlock a template only when you intend to customize its layout or visuals.

6. Select Use Template.

7. Select Manage Datasets and replace the demo dataset with your organization's equivalent dataset.

   Note

   Before replacing datasets, ensure that your organizational dataset includes all the required columns for the template. Missing columns can affect the template's functionality.

8. If the replacement dataset is not equivalent, review field and hierarchy mismatches and select Update field mapping to resolve them.

9. After the datasets are replaced and fields are mapped, select Publish dashboard.
