Working with draft risks
Use the Draft risks to be activated page to add and review risks before assessment. You can assign risk owners, edit draft risk details, and activate risks. This helps ensure that only complete and validated risks move forward in the risk management process.
Activating draft risk
The Draft risks to be activated table displays all risks that have been created, but not yet assessed. Each entry includes the risk name, category, description, creation date, current status (always Draft, until it's activated), and assigned risk owner.
You can use search, filters, or column controls to sort and manage the list.
To activate a risk from the Draft risks to be activated table:
-
Find the risk from the list.

Assign a Risk owner using the dropdown, if one is not selected.
