Adding risk manually

Use this option to manually add a risk. You can define the risk’s attributes and assign ownership.

To add a risk:

  1. From the main navigation menu, select Risk identification.

    The Draft risks to be activated opens.

  2. Select + Add risk at the top.

    The Add risk side panel opens.

  3. Fill in the risk details:

    • Name Enter a brief, specific name, for example, Strategic activities.

    • Category Select the relevant risk category from the dropdown, for example, Strategic risk.

    • Risk owner Start typing to search and select a person from the organization.

    • Risk description Provide a summary of the risk, its potential impact, and any planned mitigation.

  4. Select Add risk to save it. The newly added risk is listed in the Draft risks to be activated.

    Select Activate to begin the assessment and mitigation planning process.
