Importing existing risks in bulk

The Import risks feature in AI Risk Essentials allows you to bulk upload multiple risks into your organization’s risk library using an Excel file. This enables you to save time and accelerate onboarding by transferring your existing risks while ensuring consistency in your risk data.

Import risks in bulk

  1. From the Platform home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the AI Risk Essentials app to open it.

    If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the AI Risk Essentials app.

  2. Navigate to either -

    1. AI Risk Essentials › Risk identification>Identify risks › Import risks

    2. Platform Settings > Organization > Bulk Importer > Manage bulk resources.

  3. In the Bulk Importer panel under Select resource, scroll and select AI Risk Essentials as the resource type.

  4. Download the AIRiskEssentials.xls file to prepare your data.

  5. Open the downloaded file and enter the required risk data in the provided fields.

    Note

    The Reference ID, Name, Description are mandatory fields.

  6. Under Upload the completed template, drag and drop the completed template into the upload area, or select choose from your computer to browse and upload the file.

  7. Wait for the upload to finish.
    A message appears when the file is uploaded.

  8. Click Import risks to add the uploaded risks to your library.
    A confirmation message appears when the import is complete.

  9. After import, review the uploaded risks in Risk Identification and make any necessary changes.
