Adding a mitigation plan

To add a mitigation plan:

  1. From the main menu, go to Risk mitigation.

  2. Locate the risk you want to manage.

  3. Select Add mitigation plan next to the risk.

  4. Enter the required details in the mitigation plan form:

    • Mitigation actions

    • Owner

    • Timeline

    • Status

  5. Save the plan to track progress against the risk.

Editing a mitigation plan

To edit a mitigation plan:

  1. From the left navigation menu, go to the Risk mitigation section.

  2. Select the risk with the mitigation plan you want to edit.

  3. In the panel that opens, review the Related risk, Risk owner, and timestamps.

  4. In the Define plan section, update the Plan description as needed.

    • This field is mandatory.

    • You can enter up to 10,000 characters.

  5. Select Edit mitigation plan to save changes.

Tip

Use Open risk in new tab to review full risk details before editing the plan.
