Asset Manager activity logging
System Admins can download a record of the changes users have made in Asset Manager over the past month.
How it works
Asset Manager keeps a log of the changes that users make to assets. If you're a System Admin, you can generate a .csv file containing those changes over the last month. When Diligent One is done generating the file, it sends you an email that you can then download to your computer.
Note
For security reasons, the link to download the activity log expires 30 minutes after you receive the email.
Generate and download an activity log

From the Launchpad home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Asset Manager app to open it.
If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Asset Manager app.
Note
Diligent One Platform also supports the domain www.highbond.com. For more information, see Supported domains.
- In the left navigation panel, click Activity.
- Select the Date range of up to 31 days.
Note
With effect December 11, 2024, the data structure used for activity tracking are modified. If your selected date range spans this transition, two separate activity log files will be generated. For example, if you choose a date range from December 01, 2024, to December 31, 2024, you will receive two files reflecting the respective structures.
Activity Log (01/12/2024 - 10/12/2024): Created using the original data structure.
Activity Log (11/12/2024 - 31/12/2024): Created using the updated data structure.
- Click Export activity log. Diligent One generates your activity log file and sends you an email.
- Open your email and click the link. Your activity log downloads to your computer.
