Platform integrations

In Platform integrations, you can control whether assets are integrated with organizational unit data and how project integration data appears in the UI.

Organizational Structure integration

Use the Organizational Structure card to integrate assets with organizational unit data across the application.

Enabling Organizational Structure

  1. From the Platform home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Asset Manager app to open it.

    If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Asset Manager app.

  2. In the sidebar, select Settings > Platform integrations.

  3. Select Activate on the Organizational Structure card to enable the integration of assets with organizational unit data across the application.

Note

After enabling the feature on the Platform integrations page, it will take a few minutes for org units to sync before they appear in the dropdown in the asset Details tab.

Note

When you disable Organizational Structure, a confirmation modal appears with the title Disable Organizational Structure.

Disabling Organizational Structure

To disable Organizational Structure integration, do the following:

  1. From the Platform home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Asset Manager app to open it.

    If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Asset Manager app.

  2. In the sidebar, select Settings > Platform integrations.

  3. Select Deactivate on the Organizational Structure card to disable the integration of assets with organizational unit data across the application.

Note

This action will turn off the integration across the Asset Manager application and permanently delete all existing links to Organizational units.

Projects integration

Use the Projects integration card to control how project integration data appears in the UI.

Enabling Projects integration

To show Projects integration data, do the following:

  1. From the Platform home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Asset Manager app to open it.

    If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Asset Manager app.

  2. In the sidebar, select Settings > Platform integrations.
  3. Select Activate on the Projects integration card to manage how project integration data appears in the UI. By default, the setting is enabled.

Disabling Projects integration

To hide Projects integration data, do the following:

  1. From the Platform home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Asset Manager app to open it.

    If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Asset Manager app.

  2. In the sidebar, select Settings > Platform integrations.

  3. Select Deactivate on the Projects integration card to hide the projects related information.

    Note

    When disabled, project data is hidden from the Relationships, Assessments, and Projects-Issues tabs.

  4. Select Confirm in the modal.
