Managing permissions
By default, only System Admins with Professional subscription have access to the Vulnerability settings in Asset Manager. However, you can assign permissions to non-admin users in your organization to certain vulnerability settings such as importing, managing flag types, and linking discrete to aggregated assets.
Assigning permissions
Note
The Permissions, Import, and General tabs, as well as the Vulnerability Details page, become available after you activate your Tenable account in Asset Manager. For information about activating, see Activating your Tenable VM account.
Note

From the Launchpad home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Asset Manager app to open it.
If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Asset Manager app.

Diligent One Platform also supports the domain www.highbond.com. For more information, see Supported domains.
- On the left hand side, select the expand button to open the side panel.
- Select Vulnerability > Vulnerability Settings > Permissions tab.
- In the Permissions dropdown list of your choice (Import or Flag or Link Asset), select the checkbox next to the username.
Tip
Use the Search box to find a user.
- Select Save Changes.
Result The permissions are updated.
Removing permissions
Note
