GovernAI trial

Discover our AI features without commitment with our free 90-day trial. This includes all available GovernAI features, including Smart Minutes. The trial can be canceled at any time or you can choose a package upgrade to continue using GovernAI after the 90-day free trial. You will also receive an email notification to confirm when the trial has ended. See also our AI FAQ.

Note

There is regional variability of the AI features depending on the AI models that are available by AWS Bedrock.

How to request the free GovernAI trial

  1. Select Start trial in the free trial banner at the top of the home page or in Site settings > Features > GovernAI tab.

  2. Select Review terms to review the terms and conditions of the trial.

  3. Select the I agree to the terms and conditions checkbox if you want to proceed.

  4. Select Start trial to get immediate access to the AI features.

    You will also get access to Smart Minutes.

How to cancel or continue using the GovernAI features

  1. Select Manage in the free trial banner at the top of the home page or in Site settings > Features > GovernAI tab.

  2. To cancel the trial, select Cancel trial.

  3. To continue using the AI features beyond the 90-day trial, select Upgrade to request an upgrade to your BoardEffect package. This upgrade option is only available in the last month of the trial.

    Your Customer Success Manager will then be notified that you want to upgrade and they will reach out to you.
