Download and view a Meeting Book (iPad)
You can download a meeting book, so you can view it on your iPad. When an administrator updates the meeting book, the most recent version is automatically available in your account.

Sign in to your BoardEffect account. The home page displays.

Go to the My Upcoming Events section, and then select Book on the relevant event card.

You can also view meeting books in a workroom. To go to a workroom, select the menu icon.

Select the relevant Workroom. The workroom home page displays.

Select the Library tab
at the bottom of the page to view a list of meeting books. -
To download a meeting book, select Download Book. You can access the meeting book when using the app offline.

After the meeting book downloads, select View Book to view it on your device.
