Search the BoardEffect site

Search the full content of your Meeting Books, documents, and other materials right from the Home page. You can then filter the search results to find the information you need.

1. Select the Search icon on the top right of the page. The Search field displays.
2. Enter the word or phrase that you want to search for in the Search field.

   Note

   Search is not case sensitive.

   Tip

   To search for exact matches of a phrase, add quotation marks around the complete phrase. For example, a search for “Board of Directors” returns a list of results where the phrase “Board of Directors” appears. A search for Board of Directors, with no quotes, returns results that include the words “Board”, “of”, or “Directors”, or a combination of all these words.

3. The Search results page lists the site results.

   Note

   The list will only show results that you have permission to access.

4. Use the Filter section to refine the search based on the following options:

   • Date range
   • Workrooms
   • Resources

5. Select the title of an item to open it.

6. To clear your search, select the Clear icon in the Search field.
