Getting Started with Boards

Use this guide to understand how Boards optimizes efficiency and security to promote collaboration before, during, and after meetings.

What is Boards?

Boards is an app that allows you build and empower visionary, high-performing teams of directors and executives. To do this, Boards leverages technology that streamlines compliance, provides a full view of risk, and boosts efficiency.

What does Boards consist of?

The Boards app is tailored to meet the needs of administrators, directors, and executives. Administrators can create and manage books, while directors and executives can view content and take action on important tasks. Additional self-service modules (Users, Committees, and Settings) are available to a limited set of users whose role requires them oversee application-level properties.

How do I access the Boards app?

Before opening the Boards app, a User manager must add users, and then assign them to the appropriate committees. Once authorized to join the committee, the user can begin working in the Boards app.

To open the Boards app, perform the following steps: 

1. Sign in to the Diligent One Platform at http://diligentoneplatform.com/.

   You'll be taken to the Launchpad home page where you can view other Diligent One Platform products and resources.

2. From the Launchpad home page, select the Boards app.
