Quick links

The Quick Links tile provides access to your favourite records or sites via a customised link.

Create a custom quick link

Select Tile Settings (located in the top right-hand corner of the tile).
The Edit Quick Links screen displays.
Select Add Custom Link.
The Add Custom Link creation screen displays.
Enter a name for the Link being created into the Name field.
Enter the URL for the Link being created into the URL field.
Select Done
The new custom link is listed on the Edit Quick Links screen.
The related checkbox (to indicate whether the new Link should display in the Quick Links tile) is automatically selected.
Select Done.
The new custom link displays in the Quick Links tile in the custom links section.

Select Tile Settings (located in the top right-hand corner of the tile).
The Edit Quick Links screen displays.
Select the Pencil icon against the required Link.
The edit screen for the selected Link displays.
Make any necessary amendments to the Name or URL.
Select Save.
The changes are saved.

To Remove a custom link:

Select Tile Settings (located in the top right-hand corner of the tile).
The Edit Quick Links screen displays.
All custom links available to display in the Quick Links tile are listed.
Deselect the checkbox for the custom link that is to be removed.
Select Done.
The custom link is removed and no longer displays in the tile.

To delete a custom link:

The Edit Quick Links custom links screen displays.

Select Done.
The custom link is no longer available for selection in the Quick Links tile.
