What is Data Exchange Manager?

The Data Exchange Manager (DXM) module enables the transfer of data between Diligent Entities and other applications, allowing you to perform batch updates and add data to the applications, for example, during acquisitions or mergers.

Diligent Entities records key data and shares information as necessary. Each transfer of data, including key events and any potential errors or issues, is logged in the system's Audit Trail.

Note

Data Exchange Manager requires licensing, installation, implementation and training from the DiligentEntities Services Department. For more information on how to start using DXM, contact your Customer Success Manager.
