Download attachments from data libraries

You can download one or multiple data library attachments as a ZIP or ordered PDF.

Download data library attachments as a ZIP

Open the Data Library tab from anywhere in the Entities interface, or navigate to the selected data library.
Select the list items you want to download the attachments from by checking the boxes in the list.
From Wizards, select Download attachments and confirm.
In the Download Documents Wizard window, enter the name of the file you are creating for download. You can also refine the list of selected documents. To remove a document from the list, select the X icon next to its description. Select Next.

The ZIP file containing all selected documents is automatically downloaded to your computer.

Open the Data Library tab from anywhere in the Entities interface, or navigate to the selected data library.
Select the list items you want to download the attachments from by checking the boxes in the list.
From Wizards, select Open attachments as Single PDF and confirm.
In the Download Documents Wizard window, use the arrows to set the order of the documents to use in the combined PDF. You can also refine the list of selected documents. To remove a document from the list, select the X icon. Select Next.
On the Options page, you can set additional options for the PDF, such as add a cover page or page numbering.
Select Finish.

The PDF containing all selected documents is automatically downloaded to your computer.
