Move attachments to another Data Library record

You can move data library attachments from one record to another within Entities.

Note

When you move attachments, you can’t revert this action the same way. To reassign them back to the original record, navigate to their new location and move them again.

Move attachments to another Data Library record

  1. Navigate to the data library you want to move the attachments from. You can use the Data Library option in the top navigation bar or open an entity record and go to the Data Library tab.
  2. Select checkboxes next to the data libraries you want to move one or more attachments from.
  3. From the data library menu, select Move attachments to another record.
  4. In the wizard, select the data library to move the attachments to. Select Next.
  5. Review the list of attachments. By default, all attachments are selected. Deselect the ones you don’t wish to move. Select Next.
  6. Select Finish.
