Import documents
You can import documents into Working Documents or Document Store.
Working Documents and Document Store work as separate locations. When you upload a document to the Working Documents tab, you can find it only in Working Documents. When you upload a document to Document Store, you can find it only in Document Store.
You can use the Import Documents wizard to upload documents from your computer, Sharepoint or OneDrive, or save a link to a document.
You can import files with Entities AI Assistant using the Upload with AI option available on selected pages.
Import documents with Entities AI Assistant
Import document
You can import documents from your computer or from Sharepoint or OneDrive.

Select Wizards > Import Document.
The Import Document Wizard opens.

(Optional) On the Attach Document To page of the wizard, select the entity you want to attach the document to. Select Next.

On the Document Properties page of the wizard, from Operation, select the source of your documents.

To upload from your computer, select Upload document from your computer or Upload multiple documents from your computer. Select Choose Files and browse through documents, or drag and drop files into the wizard.

To upload from Sharepoint or OneDrive, use the Select from Sharepoint /OneDrive option. If you’re not signed in to the service, a pop-up will prompt you to sign in before proceeding to the file picker. Select Browse Files and add files to upload.
Notes
You can only import files from company accounts.
Before you can import from Sharepoint or OneDrive, your administrator must enable this option as part of the MS tenant configuration.
When you add files from Sharepoint or OneDrive, the system saves them with the upload date as the Produced On date.

To add a link, select Store URL of web site or document and enter the URL.

Select a document type.

Give the document a description or select Use file names as description to use the document's file name.

Enter a date or select Use file dates as Doc. Date to use the document's last modification date. Select Next.

On the Convert Documents to Adobe PDF page, select an option for PDF conversion.

Select Finish.
When you upload the document to Working Documents, you can find it in Working Documents.
When you upload the document to Document Store, you can find it in Document Store.
Move document from Working Documents to Document Store
If you have permissions allowing this action, you can move documents from Working Documents to Document Store.

Go to Working Documents.

Select the
icon for the document you want to move.

From Document Menu, select Move Document to Store.

If you have permissions allowing this action, you can move documents from Document Store to Working Documents.

Go to Document Store.

Select the
icon for the document you want to move.

From Document Menu, select Make Working Document.
