Download a Comparison Report from ASIC
You can download a comparison report directly from the company record or from the Electronic Filing tab.
The comparison report contains entity information from both systems with discrepancies highlighted.

Go to All Searches > Companies and open the required company record.

Select Wizards > Electronic Filing > Data Download Wizard.
The Data Download wizard opens.

On the Data Download page of the wizard, select Data Download as download type. Select Next.

On the Signatory page, find and select the signatory, then select Next.

On the Date of Signing page, enter the date the request was signed and select the I declare that the agent is authorized to request this report option.

Select Finish to complete the wizard.

Go to Working Documents > Electronic Filing and select Send and Receive to send the request to ASIC.
You can use the Limit to my EF messages only option to only send and receive forms that you e-filed.
Note
You may get an error message when trying to connect to ASIC's system. If that is the case, try using the Send and Receive option multiple times in order to establish the connection with ASIC.

Once the status shows as completed, select Finish.

Go to Working Documents to view the comparison report.
The comparison report is an RA72C form. Use the paperclip icon to open the document.
You can also start a data download from Working Documents > Electronic Filing > For Australia by choosing the Data Download Wizard (RA71). On the next page, you must provide name and ACN of the company you want to download data for. The rest of the steps are as above.
