Before You Start – eFiling: US (Delaware)

The following prerequisites are required in order for Diligent Entities to support the eFiling of annual tax payments and/or reports to the State of Delaware (United States).

Note

Only clients with Diligent Entities sites hosted in the United States can electronically submit to the State of Delaware/ICIS XML Filing Service via Diligent Entities.

Prerequisites

Before attempting to electronically submit any statutory documentation to the State of Delaware/ICIS XML Filing Service, ensure that:

  • A registered Delaware Division of Corporations account is in place and activated.
  • A Delaware Division of Corporations issued Agent Number is in place.
  • A Delaware Division of Corporations issued DCIS ID and password are in place.
  • The Delaware Division of Corporations are informed of the IP Address of the Approved Receiving Server.
  • Both inbound and outbound URLs are in place for testing and live submissions.

Note

For self-hosted clients, ensure that an inbound file location is both visible in the Diligent Entities application, related server(s), and has the appropriate access permissions in place. For more information, contact DiligentSupport.
