Download Data from CRO CORE and Create a Comparison Report

Company details stored with the Companies Registration Office (CRO) can be downloaded into a comparison report and reviewed against data held in Diligent Entities to ensure consistency.

  1. Open the company record and select Wizards > Electronic Filing > Data Download Wizard.

    The Download Data Wizard (CRO Download) displays.

  2. On the Company Details page of the wizard, make sure the Compare after Download option is selected to download a comparison report. Select Finish.

    The document is listed as Verified and Queued on the Document Search page in the company record and in Working Documents.

  3. Go to Working Documents > Electronic Filing and select Send and Receive.

    The EF Send and Receive wizard displays.

  4. Select the Limit to "my EF messages only" option, then select Next.

  5. On the EF Send and Receive page of the wizard, select Finish.

    The EFiled Status of the document updates to Message Received. A comparison report is downloaded and available for review in Documents in the company record and in Working Documents.

  6. Review the comparison report to ensure that the information is correct and that no discrepancies exist.

    Select Options options menu for the listing and select one of the view options.

    The comparison report displays in the selected format.

You might see differences in address format highlighted in the report even when the address is the same.
