Quick Reports: Data Libraries
The Data Libraries Quick Reports is one of many Quick Reports options available in Diligent Entities. You can search for all data libraries by Category and Type such as Compliance, Date Exchange Manager, Intellectual Property, SMCR Solution - Filing and so on.
To search by Category:
- Select the Category and Type dropdown menu. A list of all Data Library Categories and related Types displays such as Change Manager, Compliance, Corporate Constitution and so on. Categories are listed in bold, and types are listed under the categories where they sit.

Scroll through the dropdown list to locate and select the relevant category. For example, select General Information.
- Select Search. The Results area updates to list those Data Libraries whose Types sit within the selected category.
To search by Type:

Select the Category and Type dropdown menu.

Scroll through the dropdown list to locate and select the type. For example, select the General Information type Doing Business As.

Select Search. The Results area updates to display only those Data Libraries matching the selected type.
With the Data Libraries Quick Reports, you can also search for all Data Libraries for an Entity by using Entity QR code as a filter.
The number of columns displayed differs according to the Data Library Category or Type selected.
When the default All Types results display, only the columns for those values which are common to all Data Libraries display. When you select a specific Category, the columns of data that are common to all Data Libraries within the specified Category display. When you select a Type, those columns of data that are specific to that Type display.
