Shareholders
You can allot, transfer, and dispose of shares and view shareholder information on the Shareholders page under Ownership inside the company record.
On the Shareholders page you can find information about the shareholders of the company such as the shareholder's name and the number of shares they hold. You can also find the percentage of class, the voting percentage, and the capital percentage which are automatically calculated based on the information you entered. Percentage of class shows the amount of shares, in percentages that each shareholder owns in that class and is based on the total issued shares for that class and the amount of shares allotted to that particular owner. The voting and capital percentages are calculated based on the percentage of votes and capital for each class as well as the amount of shares allotted to each owner.
By default, shareholders for all classes are listed on the page and the records are ordered by share class and shareholder. Use the Show field to list the shareholders for a specific share class only and change how the records are ordered using the Ordered by option.
Select Wizards at the top to allot, transfer or dispose of shares or select Options 
against a shareholder in the list to initiate a share event for the shareholder. You can also create an opening balance, allot, transfer, or dispose of shares for multiple shareholders, view the share events history or export the list of shareholders using the options at the top.
Use the filter icon to display the beneficial owners in the table and to change the decimal points for ownership percentage.
