Users

Administrators can view the list of existing users in System Tools.

A list of existing users is available in System Tools > System Security > Users.

The list contains the most important details about the users such as user name, email address, and licence type.

Users in the list are highlighted in red if the Inactive On date for the user is:

  • a date in the past
  • today's date
  • tomorrow's date

For more information on how to set when a user account is to be locked, refer to User Policies.

Use the Search for and the Contains/Begins With fields to search for users according to specific details such as user name or email addresses. For more advanced searches like searching based on user role, security group, user language and so on, select More and the By Details tab.

Select a value in the Show field to bring additional information to the table such as administrative details like last logon, password expiration date, and so on.

To change the details of any user, select Open folder icon or select the user ID of the user.
