Follow the expected user action for each message.

Situation	Expected message
File exceeds 500 MB	This file exceeds the 500 MB limit. Upload a smaller file.
Too many files in one attempt	Upload up to 30 files at a time.
Upload batch exceeds 3 GB	This upload exceeds the 3 GB limit per attempt. Remove files and try again.
Record reached file limit	You've reached the maximum number of files allowed for this evidence record.
Invalid file format	This file could not be uploaded due to invalid file format. Try a different file.
Security scan failed	This file failed the security scan and wasn't added.
