Supported file types
Use supported business evidence formats when uploading attachments.

Security scanning behavior
All uploads are scanned before they are available for submission.
Warning
Do not submit an Evidence Record while uploads or scans are still in progress.

Per-file limit
Each uploaded file has a strict size limit.
Per-record limits
Total file count in a record depends on configured limits.
Per-upload batch limits
Each upload attempt is constrained by count and combined size.

Use these messages to diagnose upload failures quickly.
Message and action mapping
Follow the expected user action for each message.

| File exceeds 500 MB | This file exceeds the 500 MB limit. Upload a smaller file. |
| Too many files in one attempt | Upload up to 30 files at a time. |
| Upload batch exceeds 3 GB | This upload exceeds the 3 GB limit per attempt. Remove files and try again. |
| Record reached file limit | You've reached the maximum number of files allowed for this evidence record. |
| Invalid file format | This file could not be uploaded due to invalid file format. Try a different file. |
| Security scan failed | This file failed the security scan and wasn't added. |
Tip
Upload the smallest complete evidence set first, then add supplemental files if needed.
