Reviewing, accepting, or rejecting evidence
Use this task when an Evidence Record is ready for review. It explains what owners and reviewers can inspect, how to complete acceptance and rejection actions, and how decision comments affect resubmission.
What owners and reviewers can see
Reviewers assess submission quality using response, file, and conversation context.
Response text
Read the full response to confirm it addresses the request requirements.
Attachments
Preview attached files and verify they support the response claims.
Conversation history
Check conversations for clarifications, constraints, and unresolved issues.
Accepting evidence
Accept when the submission satisfies the request criteria for the cycle.
Adding an acceptance reason
Document why evidence is sufficient and complete.
Setting an expiry date
Set the next review horizon for accepted evidence.

Note
An accepted record moves to the Archived tab automatically when its expiry date is reached.
Rejecting evidence
Reject when evidence is incomplete, incorrect, or insufficient.

Select Reject.

Enter a rejection reason with clear, actionable comments so the respondent can resolve gaps quickly.

Set a new due date that controls resubmission timing.

Confirm the decision.
The respondent is notified, receives the rejection comments, and can reopen the record to resubmit.

Only owners and assigned reviewers should finalize review decisions.
