New global navigation

The new global navigation experience on the Diligent One Platform home page gives you more space to work, makes it easier to move between applications, and provides convenient access to resources.

Key improvements

  • More space to work Navigation has moved from the side of the page to the top, giving you more room for application content.

  • App switcher You can now switch between Diligent One applications from a dedicated App switcher in the top navigation.

  • Centralized help and resources The Help & resources menu gives you quick access to:

    • Academy

    • Marketplace

    • Documentation

    • Product updates

    • Support

  • Easier access to organization settings System Admins can access Organization settings directly from the top navigation.

  • Access to your profile and preferences Select your profile in the top-right corner to access My Platform Profile and manage your navigation preference.

What stays the same

  • Your applications and available functionality remain unchanged.

  • Your existing permissions and access remain unchanged.

  • Application-specific navigation and functionality remain available within each application.

Accessing the new navigation

You can switch to the new global navigation in one of the following ways:

  • On the Platform home page, from the top navigation, next to the text New navigation available, select Try it.

  • On the Platform home page, from the top navigation, select the profile menu, and then select Switch to new navigation.

Switching to the old navigation

To switch back to the old navigation, do the following:

  • On the Platform home page, from the top navigation, select the profile menu, and then select Switch to old navigation.
