Supported domains

You can access Diligent One Platform using one of the following domains:

• www.diligentoneplatform.com

• www.highbond.com

  Note

  The www.highbond.com domain is scheduled for retirement near the end of 2026. After that, you can access the Diligent One Platform only using www.diligentoneplatform.com .

To ensure a smooth experience, here are some best practices to follow:

• Your IT department must add notifications@diligentoneplatform.com and notifications@highbond.com to the list of allowed domains for sending notification emails.

• Be sure to add both domains if you have integrated with SSO, MSSO, or SCIM.
