Managing email notifications

You can manage the email notifications you receive from Strategy, Projects, Results, and Robots in Diligent One Platform. Turning off email notifications for an app stops all automated notifications from that app being sent to you.

Note

Managing email notifications does not apply to questionnaires in Results as the only way to reply is via email.

Steps

  1. Open the Platform home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com).

    Note

    Diligent One Platform also supports the domain www.highbond.com. For more information, see Supported domains.

    Note

    If your company uses more than one instance in Platform home, make sure the appropriate instance is active.

  2. Select Profile Settings.
  3. On the page that appears, under Email Notifications, switch on or off notifications for any of the Diligent One apps.

    Result Changes are saved automatically.
