Managing procedures
The Procedure tab allows users to define and document step-by-step processes for an assessment method. Users can add, edit, or delete steps, upload attachments.
Adding a step
To add a step in the Procedure tab, follow these steps:

Select Add step.

Enter a Title for the step.

Provide a Description for the step.
-
Select relevant attachments using the Drop to upload option.

The step is auto-saved and appears in the Procedure list.
Note
You can click Remove step to delete the step immediately after adding it. Once you navigate away or close the dialog, the step is permanently auto-saved.
Editing a step
To edit a step in the Procedure tab, follow these steps:

Select the expand icon of the step to open the step panel.

Select inside the Title or Description field to modify the text.

Update or replace any attached files by using the Drop to upload option.

The step is auto-saved.
Note
Select Add to include more attachments if needed. Click the delete icon next to an attachment to Delete it.
Reordering steps
You can change the order of steps in the Procedure tab using the drag-and-drop tool on the left side of each step.
Do the following to reorder steps:

Go to the procedure list with the steps.

Hover over the drag handle to the left of the step, then click and drag to reorder it.

Select and drag the step to the desired position.

Release the step to place it in the new order. The steps will now be updated in the new sequence.
Removing a step
To remove a saved step from the Procedure tab:

Locate the step you want to remove.

Select the More options menu (…) on the step header.
-
Select Remove step.
-
In the confirmation dialog, click Remove to confirm.
The step will be deleted from the Procedure list.
Working with attachments
You can add attachments to step(s) to improve compliance and provide auditors or assessors with necessary reference materials. For each step, you can upload, download, and remove attachments related to that step.
Adding an attachment

Drag and drop a file into the Attachments section, or click Select files to upload.
After upload, the file undergoes a malware scan. While the scan is in progress, assessment status updates are unavailable.
Removing an attachment

Find the attachment you want to remove from the list of attachments.

Select
icon next to the file.
The attachment is removed from the step.
Downloading an attachment

Locate the file you want to download in the attachments list.

Select the
icon next to the file.
The file is downloaded to your computer.
To download all files at once, click
at the top of the attachments section.
Results tab
The Results tab is a separate tab where you define the predefined and custom fields that control assessments will use to record outcomes. In the Results tab, you can configure fields to capture observations, supporting evidence, and other assessment results. See Working with results.
