Approving and closing an issue

The approval process includes two key roles, Action approver and Issue approver. The Action approver reviews individual actions marked as done by their respective action Owners, deciding whether these actions should be closed or returned for further progress. After all actions related to an issue are approved, the Issue approver evaluates the entire issue, approving or declining it based on the completion of all associated actions. If the issue is approved, it moves to a closed status; if it is declined, certain actions may be reopened for further work.
