Duplicating a standard or regulation
Use an imported standard or regulation more than once by duplicating it from the Compliance Maps page. You can duplicate the standard or regulation with or without the related settings.

From the Launchpad home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Compliance Maps app to open it.
If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Compliance Maps app.

- Navigate to the appropriate standard or regulation.

Under Actions, select the More menu, then Duplicate.

Check the name of the standard or regulation that you want to duplicate, and select one of the following options:

Duplicate content only Duplicates the text of the standard or regulation with the default settings of a newly imported document without making any changes to the applicable, covered, rationale, related requirements, and mapped control attributes. The scope of the standard or regulation that restricts some requirements from view is applied to the duplicated document.

Duplicate content and settings Duplicates the text of the standard or regulation and all the relevant attributes settings (scope, applicable, covered, rationale, related requirements, linked or related controls).
The name of the standard or regulation has the name of the original document. A unique identifier must be added after the original name of the document.
If you select Open on the relevant document on the Compliance Library page, the originally imported standard or regulation displays on the Compliance Maps page.
