July 31, 2026 - Extension of highbond.com retirement

We've extended the retirement date for highbond.com.

You can continue using highbond.com until December 16, 2026. After that date, UI login, SSO authentication, and API access through highbond.com will be permanently disabled.

To avoid service disruption, complete your transition to diligentoneplatform.com before December 16, 2026.

What you need to do

If you've already completed your transition to diligentoneplatform.com, no further action is required.

If not, complete the following before December 16, 2026:

  • Configure SSO If your organization uses SSO and you haven't configured your identity provider (IdP) for diligentoneplatform.com, configure it before December 16, 2026. After that date, SSO authentication through highbond.com will no longer work. For more information on SSO, see Configuring Single Sign-On (SSO).

  • Update API integrations If you use Robot scripts, custom applications, or other integrations that call highbond.com API endpoints, update them to use diligentoneplatform.com. Requests to highbond.com APIs will no longer be supported after December 16, 2026.

  • Update bookmarks and links Replace highbond.com with diligentoneplatform.com in your browser bookmarks, internal documentation, and saved links. Existing highbond.com URLs will redirect to the diligentoneplatform.com sign-in page. However, integrations, scripts, and automated processes that reference highbond.com must be updated before December 16, 2026.

  • Allowlist diligentoneplatform.com Ask your IT department to allowlist diligentoneplatform.com so you continue to receive platform notifications.

If you use Robots

  • Robot scripts No action is required. Diligent One will automatically update references from highbond.com to diligentoneplatform.com.

  • Network settings Review your firewall, proxy, and allowlist settings to ensure Robots can connect to the new domain.

For more information, see HighBond API domain change FAQ.

If you use ACL Analytics

  • ACL Analytics 19 or later No additional action is required beyond updating API integrations that reference highbond.com.

  • Earlier versions of ACL Analytics If you authenticate using SSO, we recommend upgrading to ACL Analytics 19 or later. SSO support for earlier versions is planned to end in mid-2027. If you can't upgrade, you can continue to use token activation or offline activation.

Changes effective December 16, 2026

  • You can no longer sign in through highbond.com.

  • SSO authentication through highbond.com no longer works.

  • Requests to highbond.com API endpoints fail.

  • Requests to highbond.com URLs redirect to the diligentoneplatform.com sign-in page. However, any SSO configurations, integrations, scripts, or automated processes that still reference highbond.com no longer work.

We're introducing AI Reporting for Early Adopter Program (EAP) with AI-powered report generation, template-based and custom workflows, and conversational refinement capabilities.

  • Data connectivity Connect to native platform data sources such as Risk Manager, Results, or upload your own CSV data.

  • AI-powered generation Generate compliance, risk, and audit reports with pre-configured templates or create custom reports using natural language prompts.

  • Conversational refinement Refine reports with follow-up questions and requests to adjust content, formatting, and scope in real time.

Note

AI Reporting is available in Early Adopter Program with limited scope. Additional data connectors, export formats, and sharing capabilities are planned for general availability.

Note

AI outputs are advisory only and require human validation. Diligent enforces secure, governed AI use; client data is not used to train models without explicit customer authorization.

To join the EAP, reach out to Diligent Support. For more information see the AI Reporting documentation.

April 07, 2026 - Audit agent for Task Manager

We're introducing Audit agent for Early Access Program (EAP) and AI-powered control summaries across Task Manager.

  • The Audit agent identifies annual audits, highlights portfolio gaps, and flags critical Project risks.

  • The AI summary for Control activity type delivers concise summaries with citations that help you quickly understand key content while maintaining traceability to the source.

To join the EAP, reach out to agent-earlyaccess@diligent.com.

October 30, 2025 - Assessments will be renamed to Task Manager

We’re preparing to rename the Assessments application to Task Manager. This new name aligns more closely with the app’s purpose and growing functionality.

Originally focused on assessment processes, the application now supports a wider range of workflows for business users. With more task types and integrations on the way, Task Manager highlights its role as a central place to log in, complete work, and move on with ease.

Note

This is a name change only. Your existing workflows, data, and integrations will remain unchanged.

July 31, 2025 - diligentoneplatform.com to operate alongside highbond.com

On July 31, 2025, Diligent One Platform is releasing the diligentoneplatform.com URL to run in parallel with highbond.com. This is referred to as the dual domain support.

Important

The highbond.com URL will be supported for a year till July 31, 2026.

We encourage you to transition to diligentoneplatform.com at your earliest convenience and in alignment with your testing cycles, as all notification links will redirect to the new domain after July 31, 2025.

Impacts of the dual domain transition:

  • SSO configuration Organizations using Single Sign-on (SSO) must add an additional identity provider (IdP) to support the new domain.

  • Notification emails Notification email domains will change to reflect the new domain.

  • SCIM integration Organizations using System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) must configure a new endpoint URL incorporating diligentoneplatform.com.

The following sections provide further details on each of these impacts.

Include new domain in allow list

If your IT team has allow-listed highbond.com, ensure that they also add the new domain before July 31, 2025.

Single Sign-on

Organizations that have configured SSO with accounts.highbond.com should take action to ensure continuity. To avoid disruption, we recommend that System Admins add an additional SSO Identity Provider (IdP) using diligentoneplatform.com and validate the integration as soon as possible.

To add an additional IdP and validate the integration, follow these steps:

  1. Set up a new configuration in your IdP with the following service provider URLs for the Launchpad:

    • Service provider entity ID https://accounts.diligentoneplatform.com/saml/metadata/your_custom_domain

    • Service provider assertion consumer URL https://accounts.diligentoneplatform.com/saml/sso/consume/your_custom_domain

    Important

To prevent any disruption to your existing configuration, we recommend setting up this as an additional diligentoneplatform.com service provider in your IdP, rather than modifying the current highbond.com setup.

  2. Configure an additional SSO provider using the parameters from your newly-added IdP configuration.

    Note
    • Setting up this SSO provider requires public certificates as input rather than certificate fingerprints.

    • If you are an Analytics customer, you can't set up a new provider as public certificates are not supported. You must use the Diligent One token activation to activate an new copy of AN. For more information, see Activate Analytics. For any questions or concerns, contact Diligent Support.

  3. Use the following URL to sign in to Diligent One Platform and bypass the custom domain:

    https://accounts.diligentoneplatform.com/saml/sso?custom_domain=your-custom-domain

Notification emails

The dual domain support impacts the notification emails in the following manner:

  • With this release, the default sender address for Diligent One Platform notification emails changes from notifications@highbond.com to notifications@diligentoneplatform.com, regardless of the domain used to access the platform.

  • To ensure uninterrupted email delivery, we recommend working with your IT team to review and allowlist notifications@diligentoneplatform.com.

  • Starting July 31, 2025, links in emails will exclusively point to the diligentoneplatform.com domain.

  • Links in emails sent before July 31, 2025, will continue to work as normal.

  • Consider informing end users who receive task notifications about the change so they recognize the new domain as a trusted source.

SCIM integration

This update does not require immediate action and can be aligned with your next SCIM token refresh, especially if your current token is nearing expiration. For more information about SCIM token rotation, see Configuring external user provisioning.

Important note for AWS GovCloud customers

  • This release does not apply to environments hosted in AWS GovCloud. Support for GovCloud regions will follow later in 2025.

  • When released, GovCloud customers will have the one-year migration timeline, starting from the date of that specific release.

For any questions or concerns, contact your dedicated Diligent representative or visit our support page.
