Agenda and minutes templates

We’ve updated the agenda and minutes templates to reduce excess white space, fix list spacing, and make documents more compact and easier to read especially for longer meetings. These changes also improve how item and section numbers display (including advanced 4-digit numbering), so numbering stays aligned and visible across web views and PDFs.

Advanced resolution and agenda numbering

You can now configure how numbers are generated for resolutions and agendas using the Advanced numbering feature in Agenda settings.

During meetings, numbering is automatically assigned based on your chosen format to ensure better governance and consistency.

Add, update, and manage cross references and legal references within your policies. With the Community References add-in, you can now add inline references and additional resources to the policies.

Leverage AI-augmented meeting minutes when using Live Stream Manager. It uses the closed caption transcript and connects it to agenda items and motions with precise timestamping, allowing you to update the minutes to reflect what happens in real time.
