New page headers We are continuing to release improved page headers in more apps. These headers provide more consistent design and easier navigation throughout HighBond.

In Strategy, the tab menu was previously on the right side of the screen, but has moved to the left on the redesigned page header.

In Assurance Plans, we have removed a menu that you could use to switch between projects and places within the Projects app from the header.
 Enhanced Sep 17, 2020 Filter risks by state We have replaced the buttons used to show or hide risks by state in the Risk Profile with a filter, which applies when you’re viewing the Risk Profile, Strategy Heatmap, and Risk Heatmaps. Learn more
 Changed Sep 2, 2020 Better compatibility with all currencies We have removed the dollar sign from the Cost Impact on the Assurance tab to reduce confusion if you use a different currency.

Redesigned Risk Profile cards We have improved the risk cards on the Risk Profile page.

  • You can now go to a risk by clicking its name, even if the card is collapsed.
  • For expanded cards, the Manage button now says View, but it performs the same function.
  • You can no longer double-click a risk card to edit that risk. To edit a risk, expand the card and click the new Edit button.
  • You can no longer associate a risk with strategic objectives from the Risk Profile page. To associate a risk with strategic objectives, open the risk and go to the Assessment tab. Learn more
  • Minor visual tweaks and color changes to risk cards to improve their appearance.
 Enhanced Nov 2019 Custom risk workshop invitations When you create a risk workshop, you can customize the email subjects and messages invitees receive. Use these customized emails to improve participation rates and provide more context. Learn more
 New Nov 2019 Download risk workshops Facilitators can now download the data from a risk workshop as an Excel file. Learn more
 New Nov 2019 Unordered lists in Strategy You can now create unordered lists in long text fields in Strategy.
 New Nov 2019 Strategy Heatmap residual risk The Strategy Heatmap can now display residual risk. This new view gives you insight into aggregate risk in your organization after controls and other mitigating factors are in place. Learn more
 Enhanced Nov 2019 Risk scoring factor descriptions Strategy Admins can add descriptions to risk scoring factors and their various scores. These definitions are accessible during risk assessments and risk workshops so everyone has the guidance they need to score risks more objectively. Learn more
 Enhanced Nov 2019 Risk scoring factors In a risk's Assessment tab and in a risk workshop, you can now hover your mouse cursor over the values for risk scoring factors to show a tooltip. This will improve clarity when risk scoring factor values are too long to display in full.

Risk heatmap PDFs We have made several improvements to risk heatmaps that you export to PDF.

  • Overlapping bubbles are numbered and marked in both the heat map and the legend. Learn more
  • There is an additional page containing a heatmap with no legend.
  • There is an additional page containing a legend with no heat map.
  • The links to zoom in and out, which do not work in PDFs, no longer appear in the export.
 Enhanced Oct 2019 Risk description hyperinks Hyperlinks in risk descriptions and Risk Appetite fields now open in a new tab. You will no longer lose your place in HighBond if you need to reference other information.
 Fixed Oct 2019 Risk heatmap The popovers that appear when you clicked on risks disappeared too easily, making it hard to click Assess This Risk. These popovers now stay visible when you interact with them.
 Enhanced Oct 2019 Linking risks to objectives If you link a Strategy risk to an objective from a framework, then create issues in child projects that use that framework objective, those issues appear in the Assurance tab for that risk in Strategy. Learn more
 Enhanced Jul 2019 Risk scoring factor tooltips We've improved the tooltips you see when hover over a risk scoring factor's name in tables throughout Strategy. Strategy now immediately shows the full name and weight of the scoring factor in a single tooltip.

Redesigned and simplified emails We have refreshed the design and content of our HighBond emails, making them simpler and easier to act on.

If you have specified a logo for your organization in Launchpad, the logo now displays in the footer of all system email notifications, which helps users identify that the notifications are from a legitimate source. Learn more
 Enhanced Mar 2019 Zoom in and out on risk heatmaps You can choose whether the axes end after the highest assessed values or continue to 100%. Learn more
 Enhanced Mar 2019 Risk heatmap popup When you click on a risk in the risk heatmap, the popup now also shows total values for risk scoring factors.
 Enhanced Feb 2019 Improvements to the Strategy Map When adding new mappings between strategic objectives and operating segments, the dropdown list now remains open until you click Save or Update.
 Enhanced Jan 2019 Linking metrics from Results If you previously linked a metric to a risk in Strategy, and archived the collection in Results where the metric is located, the metric is protected in a read-only state. No data can be added or changed. Learn more
 New Sep 2018 View the history of when items are created, updated, or deleted using the Activities tab. An entry is logged to track all changes and preserve a complete history of your organization's risk data. Learn more
 Enhanced Sep 2018 The Treatment Areas information available on the Assurance tab is now auto-expanded and displays immediately when you open the tab. Learn more
