SurveySync workflow available in the Diligent One Platform

SurveySync is now available with complete survey and knowledge base workflows. You can upload surveys, set due dates, track extraction and completion status, and monitor progress from the Surveys in use view.

You can also manage archive surveys and audit history, upload and classify source documents, monitor ingestion status including quarantined files, and review archive and audit details for the knowledge base.
