Resolution Hub app permissions
Access to Resolution Hub, and the actions you can perform, is managed through a combination of the following elements:
-
Diligent One Platform user type Determines system-wide access to the platform.
-
Subscription Determines which Diligent One apps a user can access.
-
Resolution Hub permissions Determine the tasks a user can perform in Resolution Hub.
-
Reviewer group membership Determines which cases and disclosures a user can see and act on.
CoI Manager permissions
CoI Manager uses the following permissions:
| Permission | Access |
|---|---|
| User | Creates reports and views their own reports, where supported. |
| Case manager | Reviews and manages assigned speak up cases and communicates with reporters. |
| Admin | Manages users and selected organization settings. |
| Super Admin | Has broader access to speak up cases, users, administration, and insights. |
| Compliance reviewer | Reviews and resolves CoI disclosures routed to their reviewer groups. |
| CoI Super Admin | Has broader access to CoI disclosures, forms, and administration, including all auto-closed disclosures. |
A user can have more than one permission. When an organization uses both speak up and CoI, CoI permissions are separate from speak up permissions, so a Speak up case manager does not automatically have CoI reviewer access.
Reviewer groups and access
Reviewer groups and routing rules determine which cases and disclosures a user can access:
-
A reviewer can access only the cases or disclosures routed to a reviewer group they belong to.
-
When a case or disclosure is routed to a group, each group member with the required permissions receives edit access, and one member is set as the case lead.
-
A subject matter expert (SME) can be added to a single case or disclosure for input without being granted full reviewer permissions.
