Navigating Resolution Hub

From the Platform home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com ), select the Resolution Hub app to open it.

Resolution Hub includes the following main areas, subject to your organization’s modules and your permissions:

• Cases Manage speak up reports under Manage cases, and manage CoI disclosures under Manage disclosures. The two are kept separate so each module is managed with the appropriate workflow.

• Forms Create and manage forms. When both modules are enabled, use the tab switcher to move between Speak up and Conflict of interest forms.

• Administration Configure categories, groups, routing rules, authentication, and users.

• Insights Review activity and reporting, where available for your organization.

You can access only the case or disclosure records that your permissions and group membership allow.
